Role: Data Analyst
Location: NYC, NY(Onsite)

Job Description:
Data Analyst to design and implement data workflows that bridge ’s revenue lifecycle data model and Pros SPOM pricing optimization model.
This role involves mapping and transforming data between systems, creating invoice datasets from cart-level transactional data, and enabling machine learning models for price recommendations.
You will work with ETL pipelines and custom APIs to ensure accurate, secure, and scalable data integration.
Data Modeling & Mapping Understand data structures (Cart, Quote, Invoice, Line Items) and Pros SPOM schema.
Design mapping logic to transform data into SPOM-compatible formats for pricing models.
ETL & Data Integration Build and maintain ETL pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data from to SPOM.
Develop custom APIs where ETL is insufficient for real-time or complex transformations.
Invoice Data Generation Create invoice datasets from cart-level transactional data for downstream analytics and ML training.
Validate data integrity and completeness across multiple sources. Pricing Analytics Prepare datasets for machine learning models to generate price recommendations.
Collaborate with data science teams to ensure feature engineering aligns with pricing objectives. Data Quality & Governance Implement data validation, error handling, and reconciliation processes. Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards for sensitive pricing and customer data.
Collaboration & Documentation Work closely with engineering, product, and data science teams to define requirements.
Document data flows, mapping logic, and transformation rules for audit and future enhancements.
Required Skills Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database design. Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and transformation.
Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Azure Data Factory) and API development. Understanding of pricing strategies, revenue lifecycle, and transactional data flows.
Expertise in data visualization (Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and insights
