Job Title: Data Analyst With Medical Devices or Healthcare products
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term Contract
Data Analyst doing the trending with power BI.
Post-Market Surveillance Data Analyst.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for compiling and analyzing data to detect emerging trends and/or potential product quality issues.
• Manages and leads recurring Post Market Surveillance Review boards. Compiles summaries of post-market data, including trends and analyses, and presents to key stakeholders.
• Leads projects and/or initiatives to assist Post-Market Quality team achieve metrics, departmental goals and organizational objectives.
• Performs queries to provide complaint data and ad hoc trend analysis on reported product problems/complaints.
• Ensures data is collected through established business processes and reviewed for accuracy, timeliness, relevance, and completeness.
• Leads identification of opportunities to improve upon established processes for data trending and analysis.
Required:
• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel data trending and analysis functions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively across all levels of leadership.
Preferred:
• Experience in the healthcare/ device industry or exposure to medical device quality system regulations strongly preferred.
• Experience processing medical device or drug complaints strongly preferred.
• Power BI experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical device quality system regulations.
• Statistics.
