Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong experience in data profiling, cleansing, and quality assurance using Informatica tools. The role involves supporting data remediation efforts to enhance decision-making and case management processes in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, Agile setting. Responsibilities: Perform data profiling to identify issues and define cleansing tasks Design and automate validation processes for data quality Monitor ongoing data cleanup activities and generate weekly reports Conduct root cause analysis for data anomalies Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate and resolve data issues Define and implement data quality rules and strategies Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience with Informatica tools including IDMC, CDI, CDQ, MDM, and Reference Data Management 7+ years of hands-on experience in data profiling and cleansing using Informatica IDQ (on-prem and cloud) 5+ years of experience working independently and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines 5+ years of experience in Agile environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with SMEs Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with child welfare case management systems and related data domains Job Type: Contract Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour Experience: Informatica: 8 years (Required) Master data management: 8 years (Required) IDMC: 8 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
