Job Title: Business/Data Analyst Location: Worcester (1/2 times a fortnight) Day Rate: £450pd OUTSIDE IR35 Contract Length: 8 Months WRK digital are looking for strong, delivery-oriented Data Analyst to support a Phase 1 data remediation programme in a complex enterprise environment. You will be a business-facing analyst responsible for understanding reporting and data issues, defining requirements, documenting business rules and helping translate operational need into structured inputs for remediation, modelling and reporting. Why this role matters Ensures the programme solves real business problems and that technical design is grounded in business need. Core responsibilities • Gather and document business, data and reporting requirements • Analyse reporting pain points and data issues • Support business rule and definition capture • Map source-to-target requirements and field-level logic • Support KPI, metric and reporting definition work • Produce structured analysis for architects, modelers and BI developers • Help prioritise remediation backlog items Must-haves • Strong business analysis and data analysis capability • Experience in reporting, data or transformation initiatives • Strong workshop, elicitation and documentation skills • Able to analyse business rules, definitions and reporting logic • Comfortable with source-to-target and field-level analysis • Good communication across SME and delivery teams • Familiarity with SAP-related reporting/data environments For a confidential conversation about the role, please DM, comment below, or apply via the job ad in the comments for immediate consideration.
