Data Analyst

Payrate: $45.00 - $47.00/hr. Summary: We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support metrics and reporting for Digital Global Support. We are planning to leverage AI/ML to aid in these improvement service decisions. Our centralized reporting platform, Digital Nervous System (DNS), is based on Fabric and utilizes the capabilities to get, store, analyze, develop, and visualize data from Service Now and other enterprise sources to track operational performance and drive continuous improvement. Typical Day in the Role • Purpose of the Team: This team is part of the global support team. They provide end-user services (IT support) to internal employees. They help run the help desk. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45.00 - $47.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
