Job Title: Data Analyst – Python & SQL Focus Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite) Pay: %54/hr W2 ONLY, NO C2C Duration: 6 Months Contract Job Description: We are seeking a Data Analyst with hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and Excel to support data pipeline development, data analysis, and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of relevant experience, a strong analytical mindset, and a desire to grow in a data-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain Python-based data pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading. • Write advanced SQL queries to retrieve, analyze, and manipulate data across multiple sources. • Use Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) to support ad hoc analysis and reporting. • Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into data solutions. • Support basic business analysis activities such as gathering requirements, documenting use cases, and assisting with validation and testing. • Assist in automating routine data processes and enhancing data integrity checks. Required Skills: • 1–2 years of experience in advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables). • 1–2 years of experience in advanced SQL query writing. • 2–4 years of Python experience, with a focus on data manipulation and pipeline development. • 2–4 years of experience working with Python data tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy). • 2–4 years of experience in business analysis or similar roles.
