Data Analyst - Master Data | Technology - Enterprise Data Day rate contract paying £550 - £700 per day umbrella based on experience. We're looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our clients Enterprise Data team and drive our data and analytics transformation. Key Responsibilities: • Investigate, document and become an expert on processes, systems, ways of working, and Master Data • Perform data comparisons, matching, deduping, cleansing, and define new mapping rules • Define problems, analyze options and provide solution recommendations • Work with stakeholders to identify objectives, opportunities, and potential benefits • Write functional requirements and user stories to support technical solutions • Conduct detailed analysis on new data sources for field mapping and data type assessment • Support estimation and planning of work conversion into User Stories • Document, define, and establish controls, quality and structure for all data tasks • Assist Power BI team and Data Engineers in preparing management reports • Support and coordinate activities including testing, user adoption, training and communication Essential Skills: • Minimum 5 years Data Analyst experience • Experience with Master Data systems (Informatica P360 preferred) • Hands-on technical capability with Spark & SQL environments • Proven stakeholder management and requirements gathering experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail • Agile methodology understanding • Ability to visualize results and present findings • Track record of delivery under competing pressures and deadlines • Passion for technology and business impact • Ideall Databricks & MS Azure exposure • Python experience Desirable Skills: • B2B supply chain experience • ERP Solutions and ERP Data experience
