JOB DESCRIPTION:
Seeking a Business Data Analyst (3–7 yrs exp.) to uncover business needs, analyze data using SQL/Python, and deliver actionable insights through storytelling, dashboards (Tableau), and presentations.
Key Skills (Must-Have):
• High proficiency and professional experience coding in SQL, Python and/or R (tested during interviews).
• Data analysis, cleaning & manipulation
• Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong analytical & communication skills
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in STEM/Analytics-related field
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
• Experience with statistics & predictive modeling
Bonus:
• MBA or advanced degree in Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or similar quantitative STEM field.
• Professional work experience in auto financing, consumer lending and/or financial institutions.
• Professional work experience in consumer credit risk, business analytics, finance and/or pricing roles.
