Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Data Analyst to join our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) team. This role is responsible for analyzing healthcare-related data, developing reports, and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidatewill have a deep understanding of data analysis, SQL, and data warehousing best practices, with a focuson supporting healthcare-related data systems.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Analyze healthcare-related data to supportbusiness decision-making.
β’ Develop and maintainreports and dashboards using SQL and other BI tools.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to gatherrequirements and recommend technical solutions.
β’ Ensure data integrityand accuracy in all reports and analyses.
β’ Perform data profiling and validation to identifydata anomalies.
β’ Document data processes and maintain technicaldocumentation.
β’ Provide regular projectupdates to customersand maintain strong communication.
β’ Mentor junior team members and provide technical training as needed.
β’ Stay current with emerging technologies and industrybest practices.
β’ Perform additional dutiesas required to support projectand organizational goals.
Required Qualifications:
β’ 5+ years of experience in dataanalysis and reporting.
β’ 5+ years of SQL development, including performance tuning.
β’ Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
β’ Bachelorβs or advanceddegree in IT, Computer Science,Mathematics, Statistics, or a related
field.
β’ Excellent organizational skillsand ability to manage multiplepriorities.
β’ Strong team collaboration and adaptability.
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience with healthcare-related data systems.
β’ Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
β’ Familiarity with data warehousing best practices.
β’ Experience working in Agile environments.
