Job Title: Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) Data Analyst Location: Telecommute (with occasional travelto Springfield, IL) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Data Analyst to join our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) team. This role is responsible for analyzing healthcare-related data, developing reports, and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidatewill have a deep understanding of data analysis, SQL, and data warehousing best practices, with a focuson supporting healthcare-related data systems. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze healthcare-related data to supportbusiness decision-making. • Develop and maintainreports and dashboards using SQL and other BI tools. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gatherrequirements and recommend technical solutions. • Ensure data integrityand accuracy in all reports and analyses. • Perform data profiling and validation to identifydata anomalies. • Document data processes and maintain technicaldocumentation. • Provide regular projectupdates to customersand maintain strong communication. • Mentor junior team members and provide technical training as needed. • Stay current with emerging technologies and industrybest practices. • Perform additional dutiesas required to support projectand organizational goals. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in dataanalysis and reporting. • 5+ years of SQL development, including performance tuning. • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients. • Bachelor’s or advanceddegree in IT, Computer Science,Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. • Excellent organizational skillsand ability to manage multiplepriorities. • Strong team collaboration and adaptability. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with healthcare-related data systems. • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI. • Familiarity with data warehousing best practices. • Experience working in Agile environments.
