Role description
Role : Data Analyst(Only w2)
Must be located in Minneapolis, MN (or be willing to travel a couple days per week)
Minimum 8+ Years of Experience required.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of data analysis experience, with at least 5+ years in healthcare analytics.
• Strong understanding of healthcare claims data (medical, pharmacy, eligibility, provider, utilization, and cost).
• Hands-on experience with Teradata (preferred), Snowflake, or other enterprise data warehouse platforms.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying large and complex datasets.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare industry standards (HIPAA, ICD, CPT, DRG, HEDIS, risk adjustment).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
