Our client is seeking a Data Analytics professional to join their team. As a Data Analytics specialist, you will be part of the Customer Experience (CXP) domain supporting order management and monitoring processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Data Analytics Location:Irving, Texas (Hybrid – onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) What's the Job? • Monitor end-to-end order lifecycle across multiple systems to ensure seamless customer experience. • Identify and resolve order flow issues proactively to prevent customer impact. • Build, maintain, and enhance automated monitoring reports and dashboards. • Perform issue triaging and collaborate with platform and development teams for resolution. • Drive automation of alerts and reporting to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention. What's Needed? • Extensive experience with data analysis and analytical thinking. • Proficiency with reporting tools such as Tableau and Looker (preferred). • Strong understanding of Oracle backend systems and Pega (functional understanding required). • Familiarity with multiple Customer Experience (CXP) systems and order flow processes. • Ability to work across interconnected systems within a telecom environment.
