Data Analytics / Adobe CJA Consultant Remote C2H role Data Analysis & Visualization Adobe Analytics/Adobe CJA Dataset Storytelling & Attention to Detail Education/Certification • Required: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field • Preferred: Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Business Practitioner Professional Certification Experience & Skills Must-Have Experience: • A minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral analytics, specializing in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). • Experience with custom report/dashboard creation using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics workspaces. • Extensive experience in linking digital analytics tracking to business goals. • Ability to critically evaluate designs to ensure alignment with business objectives and site performance. • Proficiency in data visualization to demonstrate value without relying on traditional sales data. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice-to-Have Experience: • Background in the healthcare industry. • Experience with user experience (UX) design principles. • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
