Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Data Analytics & AI Analyst. Key Responsibilities:
β’ Support data governance by documenting data owners, source systems, definitions, business rules, lineage, and quality considerations
β’ Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, operational processes, and current data pain points
β’ Assist with the NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) semantic-layer buildout under IT and vendor guidance
β’ Write, troubleshoot, and validate SQL queries to support reporting, data quality review, and business analysis
β’ Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations in OAC, Power BI, or similar tools
β’ Translate business questions into datasets, queries, reports, visualizations, and actionable insights
β’ Help explore practical AI-assisted data access so non-technical users can ask better questions of trusted business data
β’ Identify and build out AI agents and tools to automate and take action based on data insights
β’ Maintain clear documentation that can be understood by both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree required in Management Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related analytical/technical field
β’ Available to work hybrid in St. Louis, MO, with up to 3 days per week onsite
β’ Strong SQL fundamentals, including joins, filtering, grouping, aggregations, and basic troubleshooting
β’ Foundational understanding of data structures, relational databases, reporting, dashboards, and business metrics
β’ High learning agility; comfortable learning new systems, tools, business processes, and data environments
β’ Hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms
β’ Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical business stakeholders
β’ Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and curiosity about business operations
Strongly Preferred
β’ Recent college graduate with relevant coursework, capstone project, internship, co-op, or early work experience in data/analytics
β’ Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or another BI/reporting tool
β’ Exposure to NetSuite, Oracle, Salesforce, HubSpot, or another ERP/CRM systems
β’ Coursework or project experience with data modeling, dimensional modeling, star schemas, semantic layers, or normalization
β’ Familiarity with REST APIs, integrations, or iPaaS tools such as Workato, Oracle Integration Cloud, Zappier or similar
β’ Experience or interest in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, warehouse, field service, or food and beverage environments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
