Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Data & Analytics and prior experience supporting Next Best Action (NBA) programs. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. • 10+ years of Business Analysis experience with significant exposure to Data & Analytics programs. • Proven experience working on Next Best Action (NBA), Customer Decisioning, Personalization, Customer Journey, CRM, or Marketing Analytics initiatives. • Strong understanding of data models, data flows, and analytics ecosystems. • Experience translating complex business requirements into analytical and technical solutions. • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional business and technology teams. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in customer engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Pega, SAS, or other decisioning platforms. • Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. • Exposure to predictive analytics, AI/ML, customer segmentation, and recommendation engines. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and marketing analytics.
