Grow your career with an innovative global bank in Tampa or Jacksonville, FL as a Data Analytics specialist with Financial Services experience. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 3 days onsite per week.

In this role, you will gain a detailed understanding of our execution approach to and deliver regulatory commitments. Your role will be to setup new programs requiring execution, execute on associated programs, and lead resources to support their execution. The outcome of this role is a portfolio of execution programs under your leadership. You will work alongside some of the smartest minds in the industry who are excited to share their knowledge and to learn from you.
Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Required Skills & Experience
β’ Minimum 8-10 years of successful program management experience
β’ Bachelors degree
β’ Leadership and team management skills with the proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams
β’ Strategic thinking and problem solving with a strong strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management
β’ Change management and adaptability with the experience leading change efforts and thriving in dynamic environments.
What You Will Be Doing
β’ Function as a primary point person representing key initiatives include program metrics, data concern remediation, data book of work and other initiatives at the direction of Data Engineering leadership.
β’ Develop program plans with clear objectives, timelines and resource requirements.
β’ Establish robust governance structures, communications channels and reporting mechanisms.
β’ Drive the execution of program initiatives by providing guidance and support to project teams.
β’ Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
β’ Leverage PowerPoint to communicate program progress and achievements
β’ Identify potential risk and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
β’ Implement monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track program performance and take corrective actions.
β’ Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and management expectations throughout the program lifecycle.
β’ Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes of systems.
