Data Analytics Consultant Location: Springfield, MO (Hybrid Work Model) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Consultant with strong expertise in SQL, GCP BigQuery, and GA4 to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. This hybrid role allows flexibility while collaborating closely with teams onsite in Springfield, MO. Responsibilities • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, define KPIs, and translate requirements into analytical solutions. • Build and optimize data models, pipelines, and queries using SQL and GCP BigQuery. • Implement and enhance GA4 tracking to ensure accurate measurement of digital performance and user behavior. • Create clear and interactive dashboards to support executive and operational decision-making. • Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, insights, and strategic opportunities. • Maintain strong data governance, quality checks, and documentation. • Present analytical insights to leadership in a clear, actionable, and compelling format. • Collaborate with technical and business teams to enhance data infrastructure, reporting automation, and analytics maturity. Qualifications • 8–10 years of experience in data analytics or data science roles. • Advanced proficiency in SQL, GCP BigQuery, and GA4. • Experience with dashboarding tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and requirements-gathering experience. • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage multiple projects effectively. • Strong skills in data visualization, statistical analysis, and data storytelling.
