Data Analytics Contractor

CSI Companies is seeking an experienced Data Architecture and Analytics Consultant to support enterprise value realization initiatives. This role is focused on data architecture, application architecture, integration design, APIs, and analytics enablement, rather than dashboard specific development. This opportunity is ideal for a data focused consultant who is comfortable working across architecture and analytics, translating business needs into scalable technical designs, and ensuring efficient data flow across enterprise systems. You will partner closely with internal teams and third party platforms to design, integrate, structure, and analyze data in support of reporting, insights, and business outcomes. Hours: Standard business hours aligned to EST Location: Fully remote Pay: $50-63/hr Position Type: Consultant Work Authorization Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship. What you will do • Design and implement data architecture and application architecture aligned to business needs • Develop and oversee integration strategies including APIs and system interoperability • Collaborate with cross functional teams to enable efficient data flow and system connectivity • Provide architectural guidance on scalability performance and best practices • Support data analysis efforts by structuring and optimizing data for reporting and insights • Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation approaches • Work with third party tools and platforms and understand existing data models • Partner with engineering analytics and business teams to deliver integrated solutions • Produce clear documentation for architecture integration and data flows What we are looking for • Strong experience in data architecture and data modeling • Expertise in application architecture and enterprise system design • Hands on experience with APIs integrations and middleware technologies • Solid understanding of data analytics reporting concepts and data optimization • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Strong communication and documentation skills • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Nice to have • Experience supporting enterprise value realization initiatives • Experience working with third party data or integration platforms • Familiarity with Power BI for consumption or validation rather than dashboard ownership • Experience supporting executive or enterprise level analytics and reporting Who Should Apply This role is ideal for a data and architecture professional who enjoys designing scalable solutions, enabling analytics through strong data foundations, and working across integration and application layers in a remote consulting environment.
