The Data Analytics Contractor will Contribute by developing dashboards, data products, and actionable insights for internal stakeholders. This role translates business needs into analytical designs, supports a 360Β° view of the customer across channels, and turns data into business decisions that advance marketing and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Support analysis of Deloitteβs sales and marketing strategy, including target audience, content strategy, and marketing investment impact.
β’ Identify growth opportunities and prepare insights for senior and executive audiences.
β’ Develop analytics solutions using design thinking, use-case development, business process redesign, BI development, UX wireframing, and workshop facilitation.
β’ Partner with U.S. and international teams to design, develop, release, and maintain enterprise data products.
β’ Support access to insights and data products across the marketing and client lifecycle.
β’ Facilitate client focus groups and support stakeholders in making more insight-driven decisions.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to design impactful client solutions.
β’ Support data requirements across analytics, marketing technology, and IT teams to enable a 360-degree customer view.
β’ Compile, integrate, and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL, Excel, Python, Alteryx, and ETL tools.
β’ Develop enterprise-scale dashboards using Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools, and recommend visualizations aligned to business questions.
β’ Plan, estimate, schedule, coordinate, and track project deliverables, budgets, dependencies, risks, and resources.
β’ Translate business requirements into technical specifications and define KPIs, benchmarks, and performance measures for marketing and campaign effectiveness.
β’ Use advanced analytical reasoning and digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr, and Brightedge to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree required; 5+ years of experience preferred in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
β’ Strong project management and Agile experience, including work planning, resource estimation, stakeholder communication, and facilitation of Agile ceremonies.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, monitor project spend and outcomes, and escalate risks or roadblocks as needed.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills, with the ability to synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
β’ Experience leading or coordinating virtual teams in a matrixed environment, with strong leadership, accountability, executive presence, and communication skills.
β’ Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Adobe Analytics, and Azure DevOps; experience with advanced analytics, machine learning, proof-of-concept testing, and enterprise-scale BI products preferred.
β’ Ability to use technology to enhance communication processes
β’ This role is Part Time (4 hours a day/20 hours a week)
The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $50 - $65 per hour will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
