This role partners directly with business stakeholders to define analytics strategy, architect solutions, and deliver scalable data products using Snowflake, dbt, and Power BI. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, owning initiatives end-to-end from discovery through delivery and support. Responsibilities • Lead stakeholder engagement, discovery, and solution design • Translate business needs into scalable data and analytics solutions • Architect and build data models (dimensional & relational) • Develop and optimize Snowflake + dbt ELT pipelines • Deliver Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and insights • Drive best practices in data governance, quality, and CI/CD • Partner across teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption Key Qualifications • 7+ years in data/analytics engineering • Strong experience with Snowflake, dbt, Power BI • Expertise in data modeling, warehousing, and architecture • Proven ability to work with stakeholders and influence decisions • Strong SQL and end-to-end solution delivery experience Codeworks discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $85- and $95. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable. All full time Codeworks employees are eligible to enroll in the company’s benefits plan.
