• Design, develop, and deploy scalable data and analytics applications to improve healthcare affordability and provider access.
• Perform data mining, SQL queries, and extract insights from structured and unstructured healthcare claims data.
• Build and enhance self-service analytics tools and web application platforms using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js, Django).
• Leverage scripting (JavaScript, Python, etc.) and object-oriented programming (Java, C++, Scala, etc.) to develop robust solutions.
• Drive integration of embedded analytics, machine learning, and AI into business workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-oriented products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Enforce best practices in continuous integration, test-driven development, data integrity, and reporting quality.
• Mentor and inspire team members, fostering creativity and diversity of thought.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical solutions with business needs.
• Contribute to the development of enterprise-wide reporting and analytical capabilities.
