Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Expert with deep experience in diagnostics, laboratory data, and healthcare analytics to transform complex datasets into actionable insights. This role will support clinical, operational, and commercial decision-making by developing advanced analytics, predictive models, and data-driven strategies that improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and product performance.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Analyze large-scale diagnostics, laboratory, clinical, and real-world datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
β’ Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Build and maintain predictive and statistical models to support test utilization, disease detection, patient stratification, and operational forecasting.
β’ Partner with clinical, R&D, commercial, regulatory, and IT teams to define analytics requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
β’ Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across multiple data sources.
β’ Design and automate data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and analysis.
β’ Support validation and documentation of analytical methods in compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards.
β’ Stay current with emerging analytics methodologies, healthcare data standards, and diagnostics industry trends.
Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related field (Masterβs or PhD preferred).
β’ 5+ years of experience in data analytics within diagnostics
β’ Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R).
β’ Experience working with clinical, laboratory, or real-world evidence (RWE) datasets.
β’ Solid understanding of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
β’ Experience with data visualization tools ( Power BI).
β’ Experience with Snowflake
β’ Knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, LOINC, ICD-10).
β’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytics into business-relevant insights.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience supporting diagnostics product development or test performance analytics.
β’ Experience with oncology and diagnostics to drive data-driven insights that support cancer detection, monitoring, and precision medicine.
β’ Experience supporting oncology diagnostic product development or clinical validation.
β’ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
β’ Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, GxP).
