Top Requirements:
• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, supporting moderately complex initiatives and enterprise deliverables.
• Strong data analytics experience across multiple platforms, including:
• ServiceNow Platform Analytics
• Power BI
• Full‑stack development experience, preferably using:
• .NET
• Angular
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, deriving requirements from user stories and adhering to sprint schedules.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and client personnel.
Plusses:
• Experience integrating analytics platforms with application layers.
• Exposure to additional BI or reporting tools.

Job Summary:
The Software Engineer 3 will consult on and contribute to moderately complex software engineering initiatives with a strong focus on data analytics and full‑stack development. This role requires hands‑on experience working across analytics platforms such as ServiceNow Analytics and Power BI, while also contributing to application development using modern full‑stack technologies. The engineer will work closely with stakeholders in an Agile environment, supporting sprint‑based delivery and ensuring solutions align with enterprise policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Contribute to moderately complex software engineering and analytics initiatives
• Develop and enhance data analytics solutions using ServiceNow Platform Analytics and Power BI
• Support full‑stack application development using .NET and/or Angular
• Translate Agile user stories into technical designs and working software
• Participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Analyze and resolve technical and data‑related challenges
• Collaborate with peers, product owners, and stakeholders
• Ensure solutions comply with internal policies, procedures, and standards
• Support documentation, testing, and continuous improvement efforts
