Data Analytics Lead

Job Title : Data Analytics Lead Location : Remote Duration : Long Term Roles & Responsibilities • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands. • Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong experience with modern cloud data warehouses and BI platforms (Snowflake and Sigma preferred). • Proven ability to independently lead complex, ambiguous analytics initiatives from concept through delivery. • Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating business strategy into clear analytical solutions. • Demonstrated ability to build scalable, well-governed dashboards, metrics, and data models that support both executive reporting and self-serve use cases. • Experience managing analytics workflows, priorities, and delivery timelines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain analytical logic to technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong business judgment with a demonstrated understanding of retail performance drivers across merchandising, marketing, inventory, and operations. • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing competing priorities while maintaining quality and rigor. • Advanced SQL • Snowflake or other cloud warehousing tools (Databricks, BigQuery) • Ticketing experience to help set ticketing best practices • Ideally in Jira • Retail background, home furnishings big plus Must Have • Sigma experience - HUGE plus, open to other BI tools • Confluence experience
