Data Analytics Lead - Remote

Job Title: Data Analytics Lead - Remote Location: Sausalito, CA (Remote) Visa: H4 EAD, GC & USC Client: Kforce Contract: W2 Only (No Chance of C2C / 1099) Qualifications: • 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands • Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong experience with modern cloud data warehouses and BI platforms (Snowflake and Sigma preferred) • Proven ability to independently lead complex, ambiguous analytics initiatives from concept through delivery • Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating business strategy into clear analytical solutions • Demonstrated ability to build scalable, well-governed dashboards, metrics, and data models that support both executive reporting and self-serve use cases • Experience managing analytics workflows, priorities, and delivery timelines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain analytical logic to technical and non-technical audiences • Strong business judgment with a demonstrated understanding of retail performance drivers across merchandising, marketing, inventory, and operations • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing competing priorities while maintaining quality and rigor • Advanced SQL experience • Experience with Snowflake or other cloud warehousing tools (Databricks, BigQuery) • Ticketing experience to help set ticketing best practices • Experience in Jira is ideal
