Summary:
This role will be part of an ecommerce digital analytics team. The individual must be able to work independently, relying on their knowledge of our business and data to create analyses that give insight and direction to the business. The individual will use Adobe Analytics to create reports, then summarize and interpret the results to answer business questions. This role will also be involved in website updates -- tagging QA and monitoring impact.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
β’ Ability to translate business requirements and participate in requirement gathering session
β’ Ad-hoc reporting analysis
β’ Trouble shoot tracking & reporting issues
β’ UAT Testing and quality assurance of websites, marketing pixels, analytics tagging and data
β’ Documentation of business processes and requirements
β’ Analyze, review, and provide solutions to business requirements using BI tools available
β’ Create reports and dashboards following requirement guidelines
Minimum Qualifications
β’ Minimum of 1-year hands on experience using Adobe Analytics
β’ Experience in web performance analysis, documenting analytical requirements, and meeting with business stakeholders to understand goals and objectives
β’ 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or similar function with focus on web/e-commerce analysis and insights
β’ Advanced experience in MS Excel
β’ Experience using project management tools and ticketing systems (Jira, Confluence)
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience working with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Domo)
β’ Experience with Google Analytics
