A rapidly growing analytics consulting firm is seeking an Analytics Migration Engineer. This role focuses on migrating legacy analytical environments into Google Cloud Platform, with a heavy emphasis on BigQuery, while supporting modern data pipelines, reporting, and automation initiatives.

The team is tackling a major cloud transformation, and this role sits at the center of ensuring business-critical analytics continue running smoothly during migration. Candidates will gain exposure to large-scale data ecosystems, modern cloud tooling, and advanced automation techniques while working alongside experienced data engineers and analytics professionals.
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery
• Experience migrating legacy analytics environments (on-prem cloud)
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or SAS
• Hands-on experience with Excel automation (VBA, macros, or advanced formulas)
• Experience validating data outputs and ensuring data accuracy
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines
Desired Skills & Experience
• Experience with SAS migrations into cloud environments
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like Airflow or Cloud Composer
• Experience validating or deploying machine learning models
• Background supporting enterprise-scale analytics environments
• Strong documentation and process improvement mindset
