Data & Analytics Reporting Professional Location Wayzata, MN Onsite Flexibility Hybrid (2-3 days per week in-office; choice of Wayzata, MN, or Atlanta, GA) Contract Details Position Type: Contract Pay Rate: $52.00–$53.00 / Hour (USD) Shift / Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM Contract-to-Hire: Yes, potential contract-to-hire Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. Job Summary The Professional, Data & Analytics Reporting role is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing moderately complex datasets to generate actionable insights and building detailed reports and dashboards using specific tools. With limited supervision, this role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity, performing data and statistical analysis using various programming languages. This role supports the effective presentation of data findings to partners to meet business objectives. This is not a data analyst role but was the closest available option in the job catalog. Key Responsibilities • Hardware lifecycle coordination • Keep orders flowing smoothly from vendors • Will be actively in the asset management system, not actually handling the devices • Communicate with internal teams, end users, and vendors • Potential for building dashboards if the candidate has experience with that (NOT required) • Forecasting, coordinating, and refreshing inventory to meet goals • Work with the procurement team to coordinate purchase orders as needed • Think through how different roles (plant workers, admins, etc.) will be impacted by hardware changes • Take instructions and execute independently Required Skills • 4–6 years of experience (not looking for super senior level) • ServiceNow (Hardware Asset Management tool) • Detail oriented • Ability to tell a story with numbers • Knack for numbers and knowing what questions to ask • Knowledge of basic hardware specs (CPUs, RAM, processors, storage, etc.) — no need to know how to configure • PC/Hardware refresh supply chain background • Lifecycle coordination • Ability to think through how different roles (plant workers, admins, etc.) will be impacted • Able to take instructions and then execute independently • Hardware-focused, but software a plus Preferred Skills • Power BI • ServiceNow Hardware Certifications Education Requirements • Background check required Benefits • Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans • 401k Retirement Fund Work Environment / Physical Requirements • Team environment: Client Devices team (20 people), small Asset group (3 people) • Project focus: Hardware refresh — transitioning from 6-year lifecycle to 48-month lease cycle; managing 80,000 devices Important Notes • Resume must indicate which location you prefer (Wayzata, MN or Atlanta, GA) • Not open to fully remote candidates — hybrid role requires 2–3 days per week in office • Interviews will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams • Interview process: video interview with manager and senior-level team resource • Background check only (no drug test) About the Client Global family food and agriculture company providing sustainable food, ingredients, agricultural solutions, and industrial products.
