Role description
Pride Health is seeking a Data and Analytics Specialist II for a biotechnology company specializing in the discovery, development, and delivery of the treatment of neurological diseases to patients worldwide. Job Title: Data and Analytics Specialist II Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid 2 days in office) Job Type: Contract Duration: 6-Months Hours: 40 hours/week Pay Rate: $52.00 - $62.30 per hour Responsibilities β€’ Data management and development of business intelligence reporting β€’ Ability to absorb and logically structure information into analytical deliverables with established frameworks and tools β€’ Gather requirements, design, and create reports to automate manual processes β€’ Maintain the translation table for media to determine whether we have contacted or engaged with an individual β€’ Review publisher data that has been loaded monthly, and maintain publisher status documentation β€’ Leveraging Adobe Analytics to deliver actionable and comprehensive insights β€’ Measure the impact of paid media on the website and present key findings β€’ Prepare monthly report on account registrations by the Adobe CID for PHM, and provide recommendations to improve account registrations β€’ Optimize digital paid media across display, email, paid search, and social β€’ Extracting paid media data from a variety of sources, manipulating, and analyzing using quantitative and visualization tools β€’ Responsible for populating omnichannel marketing report that provides holistic view on brands performance β€’ Review the Media QBR to validate numbers are accurate, and point out discrepancies in insights Requirements: β€’ 3+ years in a business intelligence role β€’ Candidate with prior work experience in digital analytics role is strongly preferred β€’ Consulting, analytics, or digital agency background β€’ Experience using industry-standard business intelligence tools to formulate metrics, create data quality management assessments and tools to perform ad hoc data inquiries β€’ High-level attention to detail β€’ Preference for candidate with prior work experience in a digital marketing analytics β€’ Experience with the Adobe Marketing Suite or Google Analytics β€’ Expertise with SQL (Snowflake preferred) β€’ Expertise with Business Intelligence tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Qliksense β€’ Knowledge of and proficiency with digital marketing channels outside of website (i.e. social, search, paid media) β€’ Biotech/pharma experience β€’ Strong analytical and quantitative skillset Benefits that Pride Health offers: Pride Health offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors.
