The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable data architectures leveraging AWS RDS PostgreSQL, ElastiCache, EventBridge, Glue, DMS, Datastax Astra, Neptune, SageMaker Feature Store, EMR, and Snowflake. Key Responsibilities • Architect and design enterprise data solutions using AWS services (RDS PostgreSQL, ElastiCache, S3, EventBridge, Glue, DMS) • Implement scalable data pipelines and integration frameworks across hybrid cloud environments • Work with Datastax Astra, Neptune, SageMaker Feature Store, EMR, Snowflake for advanced analytics and ML workloads • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across platforms • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions • Optimize data storage, retrieval, and performance for large‑scale datasets • Provide technical leadership and mentoring for data engineering teams Mandatory Skills • AWS Cloud stack: RDS PostgreSQL, ElastiCache, S3, EventBridge, Glue, DMS • Datastax Astra, Neptune, SageMaker Feature Store, EMR, Snowflake • Strong experience in data architecture, modeling, and pipeline design • Hands‑on experience with automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices • Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant data solutions Nice to Have • Retail domain experience (preferred but not mandatory) • Experience with hybrid/multi‑cloud data integration • Familiarity with advanced ML/AI workloads in production
