The ideal candidate will design, model, and integrate data solutions across multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and performance. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement enterprise data warehouse solutions (policy, claims, finance systems). • Build logical/physical data models and source-to-target mappings. • Develop SQL-based validation, reporting views, and dashboard integrations. • Optimize SQL, ETL, and Informatica processes. • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Ensure seamless integration from Guidewire Policy/Claims, SAP FS-CD, and SAP FI-GL. Qualifications: • 10+ years in data architecture, modeling, and warehousing. • 5+ years working with multi-source enterprise warehouses. • 3+ years in insurance/reinsurance data (Policy, Treaty, Claims, Finance). • Strong SQL, ETL, and BI expertise (SQL Server, DB2, Informatica). • Experience with Guidewire Policy Center, Guidewire Claims Center, SAP FS-CD, SAP FI-GL. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
