We offer a wide gamut of consulting solutions customized to our 450+ clients ranging from Fortune 500/1000 to Start-ups across various verticals like Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Energy, Retail, Telecom, Utilities, Technology, Manufacturing, the Internet, and Engineering. Position: Data Architect Location: Reading, Pennsylvania ( 3 days Hybrid) - East Coast Only Type: Contract Exp Level - 14+ Years Responsibilities: • Fourteen plus years of experience in information technology with twelve plus years of hands on data engineering experience including PySpark Kafka Snowflake data modeling data warehousing master data management reference data management data lineage data governance and metadata management. • Mandatory expert level experience in PySpark for data processing Kafka for streaming and Snowflake as a data warehouse platform. • Ten plus years of experience defining data and analytics architecture and delivering multiple large scale high volume projects across on premise and cloud environments preferably AWS. • Seven plus years of experience collaborating with Agile teams. • Strong expertise in designing validating and implementing projects across hybrid infrastructures including on cloud to on premises and vice versa. • Extensive experience setting up data lakes and analytical environments. • Expertise in data engineering and big data tools including Python PySpark Kafka APIs Talend and BODS. • Strong expertise with relational SQL and NoSQL databases. • Proven experience building data pipelines data ingestion data integration data preparation traditional data warehouses and data marts. • Experience building processes supporting data transformation data structures metadata dependency management and workload management. • Strong experience with data modeling techniques using tools such as Erwin and ER Studio. • Experience with data visualization tools including QlikView Qlik Sense and Tableau. • Experience with message queuing stream processing and highly scalable big data data stores. • Regularly engage with senior and mid level management to align business process initiatives and strategies with current and future data engineering and analytics architecture. • Evaluate data engineering and analytics tools techniques and approaches assess impact on strategic objectives and manage overall implementation. • Serve as primary technical lead and point of contact for multiple critical programs and integrations ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. .
