Role: Data Architect Location: Warsaw, (Indiana, US - 100% onsite) Visa Status: GC/USC - W2 only Experience: 14 years Job description: Data Architect / Data Modeller (Onshore) Role Summary: Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for the Data Mesh platform on Snowflake — including data modeling, security design, RBAC/RLS, anonymization, and governance alignment. Key Responsibilities: • Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for 9 source systems and 2 MVP data products • Define Snowflake account architecture (RAW/CURATED/GOLD layers, warehouse sizing, retention policies) • Design RBAC hierarchy, Row-Level Security, and column masking policies (SHA-256 hashing for PHI/PII) • Own naming standards, service user key-pair authentication, network policies, and MFA enforcement • Review pipeline patterns and enforce Data Mesh interoperability policies • Support ZB InfoSec reviews and HIPAA compliance sign-offs • Guide CI/CD promotion path (Dev → Test → Prod) via Azure DevOps Must-Have Skills: • 12+ years in data architecture, with 3+ years on Snowflake (SnowPro Advanced certification preferred) • Deep expertise in dimensional & data vault modeling • Hands-on with Azure Data Factory, dbt, Azure Key Vault, Pulumi IaC • Data Mesh principles (Domain Ownership, Data as a Product, Federated Governance) • HIPAA / PHI / PII compliance experience (healthcare/life sciences preferred) Good-to-Have: Erwin/ER Studio, TOGAF certification, Horizon Data Catalog, Life Sciences domain -- Thanks & Regards, Anil Kumar Raas Infotek Corporation. 262 Chapman Road, Suite 105A, Newark, DE -19702 Direct No: 302-286-9932 Ext: 133 Email: anil.kumar@raasinfotek.com
