🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead the data engineering lifecycle – from design to support – for medium to large-scale projects
✅ Define and maintain the enterprise Data Architecture roadmap and drive innovation aligned with emerging trends
✅ Collaborate with senior IT leadership to ensure alignment of business and technical goals
✅ Own architectural decisions across programs and integrations; ensure adherence to standards
✅ Evaluate and implement best-in-class data engineering tools, platforms, and methodologies
✅ Guide teams on Data Governance, Security, Master Data, Metadata, and Data Lineage frameworks
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 14+ years of overall technology experience
✔ 12+ years in Data Engineering, Warehousing, MDM, and Governance
✔ 7+ years in enterprise architecture with strong experience in hybrid cloud environments (preferably AWS)
✔ Proven expertise with tools like Talend, BODS, Python, PySpark, Kafka, and both SQL & NoSQL databases
✔ Strong data modeling experience with tools like Erwin or ER Studio
✔ Knowledge of visualization tools such as QlikView, Tableau, Qlik Sense, etc.
✔ Excellent communicator with the ability to translate technical details to business stakeholders
