Job Title: Data Architect Location: Hartford, CT / Dallas, TX / Chicago, ILDuration: 12+ Months Visa: NO H4 EAD & F1 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to design, implement, and optimize modern lakehouse and data warehouse architectures that support enterprise analytics and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, and Delta Lake, along with deep knowledge of data modeling, governance, and scalable data platforms. Key Responsibilities · Design and maintain enterprise-scale data architectures, including lakehouse and data warehouse solutions · Architect and optimize data platforms using Snowflake, Redshift, and Delta Lake · Define and enforce data standards, governance frameworks, and best practices · Develop logical and physical data models to support analytics and reporting use cases · Partner with data engineers, BI teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions · Ensure data quality, performance, security, and cost optimization across platforms · Support modernization and migration initiatives from legacy data systems to cloud-based architectures · Document architecture designs, data flows, and technical standards Required Skills & Qualifications · Strong experience in Lakehouse and Data Warehouse architectures · Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, and/or Delta Lake · Proficiency in data modeling (dimensional, relational, and analytical models) · Solid understanding of cloud data platforms and distributed data systems · Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and security best practices · Experience supporting analytics, reporting, and data engineering teams Preferred Qualifications · Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP · Familiarity with ETL/ELT pipelines and orchestration tools · Understanding of real-time and batch data processing architectures · Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Please share resume at uday@rsatechgroup.com Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $69.02 - $70.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
