Our research and data teams work closely in conjunction with each other to service our clients based around the world. Our Data team therefore is extremely important. Our Data Manager will be going on Maternity Leave so we need someone to step in and assist our Data Analyst with our data requirements. The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and will have the opportunity to get stuck into company projects. This will be ideal for someone looking to get exposure and experience in the world of data analytics within the Asset Management industry. Essential duties and responsibilities include: • Support the Data Analyst by liaising with clients and meeting their requests in a timely manner. These requests may include preparing lists, updating documents, or as required. • Input and standardisation of data into our in-house CRM. • Audit the data input into the CRM by our research team for correct formatting. • Accurately record performance figures for clients and the analyst team. • Standardise large datasets in Microsoft Excel and the CRM. • Carry out other related duties accurately as and when requested. • Send out email campaigns through Mailchimp. • Support the Data Analyst with CRM projects and other IT initiatives. • Provide cover for the Data Analyst when they are away. Skills & experience required include: • A proactive individual who takes pride in completing tasks to the highest standards will excel in this role. You will be working with high volumes of data so attention to detail is a must. • An organised approach to work: the successful candidate should be able to effectively juggle working on multiple projects simultaneously and capable of meeting competing deadlines. • Excellent IT skills and advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Word / Excel / Powerpoint / Access software. • Ability to interpret information, ideas and instructions quickly and effectively. • Solid interpersonal and communication skills as you will be working with key • Stakeholders, both internally and externally. • A firm grasp of written and spoken English. • Self-starter with an ability to work autonomously.
