Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Data Coordinator to support the delivery of our project reporting and data management function. This is a junior role suited to a recent graduate or early-career professional with a relevant qualification who is comfortable working on-site, has a keen eye for detail and enjoys working in a structured, data-driven environment. You will work across multiple live construction projects, capturing site data and photography, updating key project systems and providing the information that underpins our project KPI tracking and reporting. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular visits to live construction sites to capture progress photography, record site conditions and observations. Maintain structured and well-organised photographic and documentation records in line with Emberon's reporting standards. Update and maintain Fonn with current site progress data, photo uploads and inspection records. Log and manage tasks, issues, and actions in Jira, ensuring entries are accurate and up to date. Support the maintenance of project schedules and progress data in MS Project and other scheduling tools. Provide timely, accurate data to support the production of project KPI reports and programme updates. Liaise with Project Managers and site teams to verify data and ensure completeness of records. Manage your own schedule across multiple concurrent projects, meeting reporting deadlines independently. Person Specification Essential A degree or equivalent qualification in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related discipline. Strong attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach to work. Confident using digital tools and able to learn new project management and site management systems quickly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across site and office environments. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively across multiple projects. Willingness to work on-site and adapt to the practical demands of a live construction environment. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle; must be based within commuting distance of Manchester. Desirable Previous experience in a construction, infrastructure, or project environment (not essential – full training provided). Familiarity with Fonn, Jira, MS Project or similar project management tools. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. CSCS card, or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement. Awareness of construction KPIs, progress measurement, or programme reporting.
