Join our dynamic team as a Databricks Engineer, where you'll design and optimize data solutions for investment banking workflows. Responsibilities β€’ Develop and maintain data pipelines to consolidate and manage financial data efficiently. β€’ Integrate Databricks with various enterprise platforms to enhance data accessibility and usability. β€’ Support investment banking processes such as mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising through robust data solutions. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure and compliant data processes. β€’ Ensure data governance and security measures are adhered to across all workflows. Skills β€’ Proficiency in PySpark and SQL for distributed data engineering. β€’ Hands-on experience with Databricks, including Delta Lake and Unity Catalog. β€’ Strong expertise in cloud platforms, preferably Azure. β€’ Ability to translate business requirements into effective data solutions. β€’ Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and present data insights. Preferred Skills β€’ Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices for data engineering. β€’ Familiarity with integrating structured and unstructured financial datasets. β€’ Understanding of regulatory obligations in investment banking contexts.
