Data Bricks Engineer

Responsibilities • Develop and maintain data pipelines to consolidate and manage financial data efficiently. • Integrate Databricks with various enterprise platforms to enhance data accessibility and usability. • Support investment banking processes such as mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising through robust data solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure and compliant data processes. • Ensure data governance and security measures are adhered to across all workflows. Skills • Proficiency in PySpark and SQL for distributed data engineering. • Hands-on experience with Databricks, including Delta Lake and Unity Catalog. • Strong expertise in cloud platforms, preferably Azure. • Ability to translate business requirements into effective data solutions. • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and present data insights. Preferred Skills • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices for data engineering. • Familiarity with integrating structured and unstructured financial datasets. • Understanding of regulatory obligations in investment banking contexts.
