Data Business Analyst – BFSI / Core Banking

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Data Business Analyst with strong BFSI and Core Banking experience to support data modernization, enterprise data, analytics, and banking transformation initiatives. Key Requirements: 8–10+ years of IT experience, with 4+ years as a Business/Data Business Analyst in BFSI. Strong hands-on experience with Core Banking platforms, particularly Fiserv DNA, Premier, or Signature; experience with Finacle, Temenos, Oracle FLEXCUBE, FIS, or similar platforms is also considered. Experience working with Fiserv Core Banking as part of Data Modernization or Core Banking transformation initiatives. Hands-on experience supporting Customer 360 implementations and enterprise customer/account data initiatives. Experience with new Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) implementation, data integration, migration, or modernization initiatives. Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, data profiling, data quality, data mapping, and Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM). Strong SQL skills with experience supporting ETL, Data Warehouse, Analytics, or Data Transformation initiatives. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI/visualization tools. Good understanding of Retail/Commercial Banking, Lending, Deposits, Payments, Risk, AML, and Regulatory Reporting. Experience with UAT, Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder management. Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
