The Role • Lead the end-to-end data lifecycle, from sophisticated pre-processing and data cleansing to complex data migration projects. • Design and build insightful, interactive Power BI dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key performance metrics. • Act as a technical translator, converting complex business needs into precise actionable data requirements and Business Requirements Documents (BRD). • Support the architecture and creation of robust data models to enhance reporting accuracy and scalability. • Drive operational efficiency by automating manual reporting processes and exploring new AI-driven data techniques. What You'll Need • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, ideally within the Insurance or Financial Services sector. • Strong technical proficiency in Power BI for visualization and SQL for data manipulation and extraction. • Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data migration workflows, and data cleansing techniques. • Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and experience drafting formal Business Requirements Documents. • Elite stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical business leaders.
