Overview This Data Business Analyst position will be supporting the integration of data-related processes across two organisations. The core responsibility involves analysing existing processes, mapping their dependencies, business context, and operational usage to define consolidated operational requirements for a unified business environment post-integration. The analyst will partner closely with business teams and collaborate with cross-functional units, including Finance and Customer Operations, to rationalise processes and ensure that all end-state processes are well-understood, clearly documented, and aligned with the new operating model Responsibilities • Analyse existing data-related processes across both organisations, including mapping dependencies, business context, and operational usage • Define and document consolidated operational requirements for the integrated post-merger environment • Partner closely with business teams to rationalise processes and define requirements for a unified business environment post-integration • Ensure that end-state processes are well understood, clearly documented, and aligned with the combined operating model • Work with business stakeholders to validate requirements and drive process rationalisation following organisational integration • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, spanning PL-BI, Finance, Customer Operations, and other operational units, to ensure alignment of business needs to future-state capabilities • Document end-to-end data flows and their dependencies across legacy and modern landscapes • Understand the implications of process change on downstream data usage, including data quality, lineage, and operational impacts Essential Skills & Experience Required • Proven experience working with data processes, including mapping dependencies, understanding operational usage, and navigating multiple legacy environments • Ability to document data flows, dependencies, and the business context of data usage • Appreciation of data quality, lineage, and the impact of change on downstream consumers • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex process information into concise, structured requirements • Experience facilitating workshops with business and operational teams • Comfortable working across organisational boundaries and integrating multiple viewpoints into coherent end‑state requirements • Experience supporting complex organisational change or integration work is beneficial when you join Randstad, you join… • A specialised team delivering tailored solutions for clients and talent, enabling meaningful impact. • An equitable, inclusive culture where everyone can contribute and thrive. • A workplace prioritising growth and empowering teams to adapt and excel. • A company dedicated to supporting you to perform at your best. • A commitment to pay for performance with transparency, fairness, and competitiveness.
