Role description
Title: Sales & Program Operations Coordinator
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Location: Columbia, MD (3 days/week onsite, 2 days/week remote)
Required Skills & Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in business operations, sales ops, program support, or administrative coordination
• Strong organization and follow-through; comfortable managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
• Advanced attention to detail; ability to spot data issues/inconsistencies and resolve them.
• Strong written communication; can produce crisp notes, status summaries, and executive-ready bullets
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; confident formatting and building clean, readable outputs.
• Ability to work with discretion around sensitive business information
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting federal/civilian customers (US Courts, House of Representatives, USPS, EPA) or working in a regulated/government environment
• Experience with CRM data hygiene, pipeline reporting, or forecast routines
• Basic understanding of program delivery concepts (milestones, risks, dependencies)

This Coordinator keeps the team organized and on track by running weekly meetings, managing action items, and maintaining delivery calendars. On a daily basis, they keep sales pipeline, forecast, and performance reporting up to date, making sure numbers are accurate and consistent across sources. They proactively chase updates from owners, flag risks or changes, and summarize what’s shifting for leadership. They coordinate customer and internal deliverables like status reports, trackers, and requested materials, ensuring everything is polished and version‑controlled. They turn detailed operational inputs into clear, executive‑ready PowerPoint updates with consistent formatting and messaging. Overall, this role acts as the team’s operational backbone—driving cadence, clarity, and repeatable processes so others can focus on selling and delivery.
