Job title : Data Conversion SpecialistLocation: Dallas, TX (100% Remote)Type: 9-Month ContractVisa: USC, GC, H4, TN ONLY (No H1B, No OPT/EAD)Interview: 2 Zoom Rounds Role Overview: The Data Conversion Specialist will lead the extraction, transformation, validation, and loading (ETL/ELT) of data between enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Alteryx, Oracle Fusion, and CPQ. MUST-HAVES Salesforce integration experience – including Salesforce Objects Alteryx experience Oracle Fusion & Oracle CPQ integration experience Strong ETL/ELT process understanding Data Modeling skills – understanding relationships & structures across enterprise systems Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages 10/10 communication skills – absolutely required LinkedIn profile with a photo – preferred Key Responsibilities: Extract data from legacy systems and Salesforce/Oracle platforms Transform and map datasets across enterprise tools (Alteryx, Oracle Fusion, CPQ, etc.) Validate converted data and support reconciliation processes Load data into new environments using appropriate migration methods Perform functional and technical testing to ensure data accuracy Troubleshoot data mismatches and conversion errors Document processes, transformation logic, and data models Work cross-functionally with SMEs, engineers, and business teams Technical Skills Required: Salesforce (objects, schema, integration) Alteryx – building workflows for data extraction and transformation Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle CPQ – data structure and migration Deep understanding of ETL/ELT processes Strong SQL scripting and data validation techniques Data Modeling – understanding entity relationships and schemas Previous experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Oracle ERP environments Strong documentation and communication abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote setting with minimal supervision Job Types: Contract, Temporary Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: Remote
