This role is essential to ensuring the integrity and performance of CRM and operational systems that underpin their vital care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records and data within the CRM and related clinical systems.
• Support data entry, extraction, and performance reporting to assist operational teams.
• Collaborate with IT and CRM Support for system development, implementation, and training.
• Provide system documentation, training, and frontline support to teams.
• Monitor data quality, identify trends, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Ensure all work complies with data protection legislation and GDPR standards.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to optimise CRM usage and improve reporting efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data visualisation techniques.
• Familiar with CRM systems, ideally in a clinical, charity or service delivery environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and understanding of data integrity and compliance.
• Experience supporting system implementations and resolving technical queries.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a stakeholder-focused mindset.
• Confident working independently in a remote setup and able to manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable working across teams with a shared goal of improving patient care through data-driven decision-making.
Benefits Include:
• Salary: £26,370 – £27,500 per annum (pro-rated for fixed term)
• Home-based role with flexible travel (UK only)
• Monday–Friday, 35 hours/week
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (pro-rated)
