Data Developer/ Architect

Job Description: Strategy architecture governance stakeholder alignment and delivery leadership Overview This role focuses on architecture governance stakeholder management and overall ownership of the Oracle to Snowflake migration program. The candidate will lead design decisions ensure alignment with business needs and manage offshore delivery. Key Responsibilities • Define Snowflake data architecture including bronze silver and gold layers • Lead migration strategy from Oracle to Snowflake • Design and enforce dbt standards macros and materialization strategies • Establish CI CD pipelines and development standards • Implement security controls including RBAC in Snowflake • Coordinate with stakeholders business users and vendors • Lead user acceptance testing and ensure business validation • Act as primary point of contact for critical issues and escalation • Manage go live planning and production cutover activities • Lead and manage offshore resources and deliverables Skills Required • Expert level SQL and data architecture knowledge • Strong experience with dbt and Snowflake • Experience in large scale data migration programs • Knowledge of data governance security and access controls • Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills • Experience with CI CD pipelines and best practices Preferred Skills • Experience with AWS data services and data lake environments • Understanding of reporting and analytics ecosystems Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
