Job Summary Our client is seeking a Data Developer to join their team! This position is remote. Duties • Help influence and implement an end-to-end vision for how production data can be presented within an analysis platform built in python • Build and deploy datasets based on user requirements for visualization and reporting in multiple visualization platforms, with a strong focus on quality and relational integrity • Provide a clear lineage of data used within a visualization, with documentation and organization • Support the team and build a solid deployment infrastructure using DevOps • Assist in building sprint schedules, assigning and completing support tickets, and bug trackers • Develop data visualizations and drive reporting solutions based on feedback from Engineers, PCIT Developers and End Users needs • Help engineers and PCIT developers create data reports for business, gathering requirements and investigating needs • Work with the manager, regional automation or process engineers depending on the site Desired Skills/Experience: • Associates degree required • Experience in managing and communicating complex projects and collaborating with cross functional teams to accomplish project goals within expected timelines • Knowledgeable on data governance concepts and implementation • Experience with Python, Django frameworks, Java, DevOps • Experience with SQL, MSSQL, NoSQL • Experience working in QA • Data Modeling, relational integrity • ETL experience with different ranges of technology • Denodo/Data virtualization experience preferred • Knowledgeable on deployment process flow concepts • Tableau Server/Desktop/Prep setup and dashboard building • Strong initiative, results orientation, and able to work independently with minimal direction • Demonstrated ability to see differing perspectives and work cross-functionally • Good communication skills, written and verbal, is required Benefits: • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans • 401K offered $54.00 - $74.00 (est. hourly rate)
