• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and product teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable data models and pipelines.
• Design, build, and maintain complex ETL pipelines and data integrations sourcing from structured and unstructured data.
• Develop and optimise data artifacts, including datasets, dashboards, and visualisations to support fraud detection, risk analytics, and KPI tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement in logging, monitoring, and data security practices.
• Influence product and cross-functional teams through clear, data-driven storytelling and recommendations.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
• 8+ years of proven experience leading data engineering projects end-to-end with a strong product sense.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with hands-on experience writing and optimising complex queries.
• Intermediate programming skills in Python for data pipeline development.
• Expertise in data modelling and ETL best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and working in cross-functional teams.
