Data Engineer

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Data Engineer to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in St. Louis, Missouri. Core Responsibilities • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions across cloud and Microsoft platforms • Design ELT/ETL processes, integrate APIs, optimize SQL and BigQuery workflows, and deliver dashboards and apps in Power BI and Power Apps Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) • 4+ years with Advanced SQL, stored procedures, BigQuery tuning (partitioning/clustering) • 3+ years experience with reusable data models/curated datasets • 3+ years experience with Power BI (end to end, DAX, tuning) • Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric dataflows, R and Python, and modern data engineering best practices is required Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) • 2+ years experience with Power Apps (canvas & model driven) • 2+ years with ETL/ELT (BigQuery, Fabric dataflows) • 2+ years experience with API integrations (REST/OAuth, rate limit/retries) • R/Python for data workflows Key Competencies & Behaviors • Problem solving skills • Attention to detail • Collaboration skills Work Environment • Location: St. Louis, Missouri • Hybrid - 3 days onsite Compensation & Benefits • Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $49.00 and $70.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
