Role description
Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire Pay Rate: $70.00-85.00/hr Must Haves: - 7+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience - Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines - Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence - Experience in at least one modern scripting or programming language, such as Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJS - Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions Plusses: - Experience with non-relational databases / data stores (object storage, document or key-value stores, graph databases, column-family databases) Key Responsibilities β€’ Architect , develop and maintain end to end scalable data infrastructure and data pipelines β€’ Work closely with business owners, developers, Business Intelligence Engineers to explore new data sources and deliver the data. β€’ Empower the team for self-servicing by providing the necessary skills to handle complex tasks independently. β€’ Ensure that the team can efficiently manage and troubleshoot data-related issues, leading to increased autonomy and productivity. along with fostering a culture of self-reliance.
