Data Engineer

The Role • Design and build scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric • Develop and maintain Lakehouse solutions, SQL Endpoints, Pipelines, Dataflows, and Notebooks within Microsoft Fabric • Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems into a modern data platform • Develop robust ELT processes and reusable transformation logic using SQL, Python, M, and DAX • Create analytics-ready data models and semantic datasets to support Power BI reporting • Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, lineage, and performance What You'll Need • Extensive practical experience using Microsoft Fabric in an enterprise environment (Pipelines, Lakehouses, Dataflows, Notebooks, SQL Endpoints) • Proven experience as a Data Engineer within a cloud-based data environment • Strong SQL and Python skills, with experience developing scalable data engineering solutions • Experience designing and building ETL/ELT pipelines and integrating data from multiple enterprise systems • Strong understanding of Lakehouse architecture and modern data modelling techniques • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills What's On Offer • Opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft data technologies • Contribute to building and developing a modern Microsoft Fabric data platform • Engage in delivering scalable data pipelines and analytics-ready datasets • Chance to support the development of AI-ready datasets and advanced analytics capabilities Apply via Haystack today!
