Requirements:
• Strong experience with AWS services, particularly Lambda, Glue (specifically PySpark for ETL), S3, and Step Functions.
• Familiarity with API development and building.
• Experience with data layers, including NoSQL DynamoDB (not critical, but a plus).
• Proficiency in Python programming.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Mid-level experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with financial services or insurance industry (not mandatory but a plus).
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Understanding of both operational and analytical aspects of data processing.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement cloud-native applications using AWS services.
• Design and build data pipelines for reinsurance processes.
• Automate operational processes to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure requirements are met and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide the business team with tools and dashboards for better data analysis.
